Aged for 6 months in new French oak barrels.
TASTING NOTES
Intense, crimson red color with a violet border. On the nose aromas of blackfruits with touches of spice, black olives and reminders of cacao. A perfect assembly between nuances of fresh fruits and notes of roastedcoffee, with a mild and balanced finish with a great personality. Smooth tannins.

Pairs excellent with stews, lamp and all kind of cheeses.
VINIFICATION
The Vergel Selection is an elegant and modern organic wine made from the blend of three varieties of grapes. The Monastrell and Merlot varieties are vinified separately in a traditional way to heighten the structure of the wine and confer upon it a more long-lived character. Mature for 12 months to add complexity. The selected clusters of Syrah grapes go through a carbonicmaceration process in stainless steel tanks to obtain a wine even more aromatic with more floral recollections and a very vibrant color.
