Pozo de Luna, Syrah 25.36oz (750ml)

Vineyard: 100% own vines from the Pozo de Luna and El Jaralito vineyards.

Ageing: 14 months in French and American oak barrels.

Harvest: 6,000 kg. per ha

Vinification: Pre-fermentation maceration followed by controlled fermentation between 20° and 28°C in stainless steel tanks.

Tasting note: Purple with garnet reflections. Ripe black and blue fruits, hints of lavender, pepper, aromatic herbs, leather and toasted vanilla. Sweet tannins, great freshness, minerality, power and harmony.

Pairing: Grilled cuts of meat, pasta with intense or spicy sauces, roasts and game, mature cheeses.

Regional dish: Mole with chicken or pork.
