Tasting Notes and Drinking Window: While most of the rosés from Mexico have rapidly been adopting a lighter colored more provencal style, Hacienda Guadalupe is a holdout and we're glad they are. This rosé has always been a standout for its ability to be almost as dark as a claret but still light on its feet as one looks for in this style of wine. Light bodied and even more fresh with better acidity than previous vintages, this is a lovely wine.
