AGEING 14 months in French oak barrels and 6 months settling in concrete.

TASTING NOTES Very high colour intensity with almost covered layer; cherry red colour withslight dark ruby tones. Its expressive and complex nose of flowers, mineralsand black fruit harmonizes with subtle notes of figs and spices provided bythe wood. Sweet attack in the mouth and pleasant acidity with velvetytactile sensations; eternal retro-nasal that makes identifying the vitality ofthis Ribera del Duero with a different touch.

BEST WITH Pairs excellent with poultry stews, pasta with spicy sauces, red meats anddishes with dried fruits and nuts. Ideal with cured sheep cheese.

VINIFICATION Careful selection of grapes from the vineyard. Fermentation in stainlesssteel truncated cone tanks with indigenous yeasts and 12 days ofmaceration. Grapes from old vineyards over 100 years old in Tubilla delLago and from an organic vineyard in Gumiel de Mercado, from selectedclones from Ribera del Duero.
