Marie Copinet Champagne Cuvee Leonard Vintage

Harvested entirely by hand.  No herbicides nor pesticides used in any of the vineyards.  Strict sorting for only the healthiest grapes prior removal of stems.  Chardonnay is transported in the Copinet cellars within an hour of harvest, before sunrise. Pneumatic press with an extensive cold vinification of 18 days at controlled temperatures. Certified Organic.

Baked bread and white flowers lead the bouquet. The palate is complex and complete, with laser sharp minerality. Meyer lemon and zippy citrus supported by almond paste and a chalk, mineral laced finish.
