Marie Copinet Champagne Blanc de Noir

Blending 60% Pinot Meunier from Cuchery with 40% Pinot Noir from Verpillières-sur-Ource, Copinet’s current NV Blanc de Noirs is based on the vintages 2014 and 2013. Bottled in May 2015 and disgorged in March 2017, the wine has a clear and delicate bouquet of red fruits, nuts, morel and earthy notes. Intense yet filigreed, pure and refined on the palate, this is a very elegant cuvée with a clean, pure, terribly fresh and well-structured finish with good mineral grip
