View: Ruby red with garnet tones, medium color intensity. Nose: Ripe fruits with nuances of blackberry, blueberry, plum and currant fused with notes of sweet paprika, tertiary from its time in the barrel such as vanilla, coffee, tobacco, chocolate and a fresh eucalyptus finish. Surprisingly complex.

Palate: Smooth attack, fresh and crisp on the palate and round, harmonious tannins.

Pairing: Mushrooms, lamb, meat with spices, crusted tuna, dark chocolate truffles.
