The light golden color presents a fine and lively effervescence.

The first nose is powerful, rich and fresh at the same time. The fleshy fruitiness of pear and apple blends with citrus. With a little aeration, yellow flowers appear, as well as a hint of fresh butter.

The attack is supple and ample at the same time. We perceive aromas of almonds then the minerality appears crunchy and saline.

The finish blossoms with aromas of pineapple and honey.
