Casar de Burbia, GODELLO (2016)

From the middle plots on the slopes of Valtuille de Arriba that make for a godello that exhibits an incredible freshness and aromatic intensity, not to mention, as well, its volume and roundness in the tasting phase. It is an excellent white from CASAR DE BURBIA, for enjoying the most authentic personality of a Godello from el Bierzo.

After a cold premaceration, a traditional method of elaboration follows in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks. Once this phase is finished, the resulting wine continues with its lees for seven to nine months before bottling, where it remain for a few months to finish perfecting itself before going into the market.
