Yellow pale colour with green shades
Intense aromas of passion fruit, green apple, pineapple, guava, tropical fruit, and fresh flowers
Well balanced acidity, shows in mouth a surprising volume due an ageing “sur lies”.
Vinification
Careful manual selection of bunches only with optimum ripeness.
Pre-fermentative maceration during 6 hours in order to express maximum fruit potential
Temperature of fermentation 13º– 15ºC
Periodic “Battonages” during 3 months
The wine is bottled without cold stabilization in order to keep its qualities untouched, so that after sometimes small natural substances may appear, but they do not affect the sensory quality of the wine.
Ideal to match with goat chesse, mushroom risotto, shrimps and white meats.
